SOS Media designed the user experience and interface for Tai Njio’s energy healing website Lighten Up & Live. The site is built using Drupal as the content management system (CMS) so Tai can update and mange the site herself. There is a membership area and an ecommerce component.

The Long Road Home web site is designed to be an interactive compliment to the band’s printed CD packaging. The site utilizes jquery sliders and a custom music player. This web site hooks into several of the band’s preferred third party web services: ReverbNation.com (tour widget) & BigCartel.com (to sell t-shirts).

SOS Media designed a website for the kids gold retailers KidsGoldJewelrySource.com. These retailers have been in the business of selling kids gold to major stores like Walmart and JCPenny for 20+ years. This is their first move into the online arena.

SOS Media developed a set of icons for each category of jewelry.

Long Road Home is a Boulder-based bluegrass band.  Their vision for their debut live CD was for a clean, modern look with a lurking sense of nostalgia… a departure from standard bluegrass music art. SOS Media provided the photography and full design services from concept to final print.

The band also hired SOS Media to design a  logo for their Argus Record Company which appears on the back of the CD artwork.

UPDATE 2: The site has now been taken over by HiredHands.com, a company which sells a CMS specifically to Longhorn Ranchers. Alas, they removed our sidebar navigation and replaced it with something, lets just say, less tasteful.

Energy Evolution Healing wanted a new identity and web site. SOS Media created an enigmatic, amorphous logo which reflects the way that this type of healing typically works: energy moving from back to front and from left to right.

The website uses subtle nebulas and auroras to add depth. The site is built on WordPress.

Here’s a site we just designed for a gorgeous ranch property in Steamboat Springs, CO. We embedded a promotional Flash video on the home page and used Lightbox 2.0 to create the enlarged views of the photos. We worked with Billy’s son, Stirling Kidd to do the CSS coding.

SOS Media designed and managed the launch of BrilliantMindsLearning.com. First, we used Photoshop to design the website. Then, we sliced up the PSD into the Drupal Content Management System (CMS). With just a few quick lessons on how to use the the Drupal framework, we were able to teach the client how to make updates to the site. Cumulus Studios added the Drupal back-end functionality. The customer is empowered to make changes to her website, adding pages, swapping images, editing text; all on her own.
